Install Navigation System In Car

i had a pioneer navigation system installed in my car and everytime i try to use the navigation it says ::….
“it is not possible to use this function in memory navigation mode” i dont know what they mean please help!
Either, read the instruction manual, go back to the installer and get them to show you how to operate the system or buy a map!!
